Quinta do Tapadinho allows the use of accommodation and its facilities exclusively to the persons indicated in the reservation.

The Guest must respect other guests and comply with the conduct rules established by Quinta do Tapadinho.

The Guest is not authorized to access restricted-use areas.

Children under the age of 13 must always be accompanied by an adult throughout their stay.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in can be made from 3:00 PM on the first day of the stay. If necessary, guests may request free luggage storage, but must inform reception in advance.

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the departure day.

Reservation Changes and Cancellations

Reservations can be changed free of charge up to 30 days before the check-in date.

Cancellations must be communicated and confirmed by Quinta do Tapadinho.

In case of no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

Pets

Small pets are allowed upon prior request. Additional charges may apply.

Only one pet per accommodation unit is permitted.

Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

The Guest must ensure that their pet does not disturb other guests in common areas.

The Guest will be responsible for any damages caused by their pet.

Events and Special Occasions

Private events and special celebrations must be communicated in advance to Quinta do Tapadinho.

A security deposit may be required depending on the nature of the event.

Prices and Rates

The prices displayed on the website refer to the base capacity of each accommodation and may represent the lowest available rate throughout the year.

The total cost of the stay will be charged per night, regardless of whether the Guest actually uses the reserved accommodation.

Prices do not include breakfast, as this option is not available.

Prices are non-binding and are subject to change. The valid price is always the one displayed at the time of booking.

Reservations and Pre-Reservations

A deposit of 30% of the total stay value is required to secure the reservation or pre-reservation. The remaining balance is payable at check-in.

The reservation is only considered final after formal confirmation from Quinta do Tapadinho within a maximum of 48 hours.

For reservations made directly with Quinta do Tapadinho, the Guest is entitled to free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. For reservations made through partners, the policies of those partners will apply.

Image and Video

Any photography or video recording at Quinta do Tapadinho for commercial or promotional purposes must be pre-authorized.

Quinta do Tapadinho reserves the right to use images and videos captured on-site for publication on its social media and website.

The use of the name Quinta do Tapadinho, as well as its commercial photographs, images, and logo, requires prior written authorization.

Intellectual Property Rights

All information, data, and materials presented on this website, including names, logos, and content, are the property of Quinta do Tapadinho and are protected by copyright.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content from this website is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Security Policy

Quinta do Tapadinho is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the stay.

Any damage caused to equipment or property belonging to Quinta do Tapadinho will be charged to the responsible party.

Personal Data Protection

By checking in at Quinta do Tapadinho, the Guest authorizes the processing of their personal data for internal management purposes, in accordance with applicable Portuguese and European laws.

The Guest also authorizes the use of their data for promotional and marketing purposes through any communication channel.
